The Howa 1500 MiniAction Rifle is the perfect platform for an accurate and affordable bolt-action gun. With precision in mind, every Howa bolt action rifle is equipped with exacting tolerances and constructed with superior materials. From the cold-hammer-forged barrel, to the firing pin and bolt, Howa builds rifles dedicated to accuracy.

The Mini EXCL Lite Chassis is created for the recreational and precision shooter by developing a chassis that is structurally durable and lightweight. The Mini EXCL Lite Chassis pairs with the Howa barreled action to create the ideal blend of fit and function. The ergonomic adjustment of the fully adjustable LOP is addition to the large pistol grip will enable the shooter to pull off the most challenging shots.

The Howa Mini Action chamber and bolt are 12% shorter than regular short actions (0.9" shorter) with shorter bolt throw, the lightweight and efficient design means faster reloads and follow up shots!

• MiniAction: The Howa MiniAction chamber and bolt are 12% more shorter than regular short actions for an even shorter bolt throw for faster reloads.
• 1 Piece bolt: A well designed bolt that doesn't allows for easy removal for cleaning. The bolt also has locking lugs for a more solid and secure chambering when shooting. 
• Cold-forged Barrel: Cold-forged barrels are know for their longevity, durability and how consistently accurate they are which is crucial for a 223 Remington calibre rifle. 
• Lightweight EXCL Lite stock: Tough, synthetic, free floating barrel stock. With M-LOK forend for additional attachments .
• H.A.C.T Trigger: Howa's actuator controlled trigger is a crisper, lighter trigger pull and creep free two-stage trigger.
