Hi there!

We’re looking for results-driven office admin team member to join our amazing Christchurch Head office team.

This position is an account’s administrative role in our busy office we require someone who can hit the ground running, with experience in accounts and administrative responsibilities. This role is 30 hours & you will be working in a pleasant warm, modern office with excellent facilities and friendly staff.

 

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle administrative tasks related to financial operations
• Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, MYOB processing, Xero Operations
• Assist with month end processes, including meeting deadlines for appropriate close off
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy in your areas of responsibility
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Collaborate with team members as needed providing and undertaking admin tasks as needed

 

Requirements

• Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a high level of work ethic
• Experience with accounting systems, Xero, MYOB and knowledge with Microsoft Office - Excel
• A very high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Problem-solving personality
• Solution’s orientated, self-motivated and good in a team
• High integrity and respect for others
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
