Buck Gardner Goose Call 'Honker Hammer' Single Reed Red Diamondwood / Clear - Polycarbonate

This call combines the classic look and feel of a wood call with the Buck Gardner performance Honker Hammer Canada goose call design. Buck Gardner's diamondwood barrel produces a more mellow tone than the acrylic version. The stainless steel band is pinned in four places to ensure it stays in place, even with the natural variations that wood can experience when exposed to the elements.

The extra-tough polycarbonate insert is hand-tuned with Buck Gardner's Quick Tune guts. The Quick Tune guts system makes it easy to disassemble, clean, and reassemble the call, even when field maintenance is required.

Polycarbonate is essentially bulletproof plastic, similar to Plexiglas®. Its dense composition gives it excellent acoustic qualities with a softer sound than the Acrylic, it is highly durable so very unlikely to crack when dropped, and it is affordable for both manufacturers and hunters.
