Javelin Gen 2 5.5 mm 26 grain (.218) airgun slugs are developed to combine a high ballistic coefficient with as much impact as possible. For this, experiences from field and target range were combined with ballistic testing by means of a Doppler radar, resulting in these high quality airgun slugs.

The Javelin Gen 2 5.5 mm 26 grain (.218) airgun slugs are forged, giving them a uniform consistency and density and a very smooth finish within extremely low tolerances. The tangent ogive (the bullet shape) and neatly finished meplat (flat front) help raise the ballistic coefficient to 0.081. Perfect for long distance use with minimal influence from external factors, making them extremely accurate. The soft lead and hollow point make for a rapid expansion when the Javelin Gen 2 5.5 mm 26 grain (.218) airgun slugs hit their target, giving an explosive impact.
